I purchased a Z in CA and elected to send it east via the Economy Saver Shipment. I was contacted on the 5th day after the vehicle availability date and told a carrier had not been assigned. AmeriFreight added $50 as promised, and I also added $50 to try and expedite the process - a carrier was booked later that day. The vehicle was picked up and delivered, undamaged, within a few days of the estimated dates provided by AmeriFreight.
My contacts at AmeriFreight were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. However, I felt like it was difficult to reach them. I'm also still waiting to receive the $50 credit to my deposit (for pick up taking longer than 5 days when shipping Economy).
My car was dispatched Oct. 30 and delivered Nov. 9.
