All carriers that AmeriFreight uses are screened, insurance checked, and only the top rated fully insured carriers are chosen. Unfortunately, situations can happen that are outside our control. Our management at AmeriFreight is always available to assist a customer with an insurance claim. For extra assurance, AmeriFreight customers can purchase AFTA, which covers incidentals that a carrier's insurance may not.
We do not pay customers for good reviews. If for any reason a customer has a less than excellent experience, we ask that they would notify our office of the reason why and in turn they will qualify for their rebate.
We are very sorry that this situation occured with our customer.
