AmeriFreight was the second company I had contracted with, due to problems with the first company/driver. So I was obviously skeptical. But after talking with Aaron and getting information about how the drivers are selected and in what order the cars are picked up, I felt more comfortable.
I selected the economy rate with an open truck with the first day of available pickup being 12/1.
I know I had a 4-6 day window for the car pick-up from NY. So I very excited when I received a call on the morning of 12/1 stating the car can be picked up in the next few hours!
I was given the driver's cell phone number so I could contact him directly with questions/concerns.
I received my beautiful new car on the morning of 12/3. And to my surprise, my car was transported in an enclosed truck, safe from the elements! This was an extra, added bonus!
The entire experience, from the first person I spoke with, to the driver himself, was stress-free and handled very professionally. Thanks for everything!
