I recommend this company to haul a car anywhere. I have never transported a car in my life and have heard some scary stories that have led to misfortune for the customer experience. I called a few places and eliminated most by how I was treated, I endured poor customer service in my opinion. I eventually came down to two businesses that I was most comfortable with. AmeriFreight was one in the running. As for the other company in query, I asked a series of questions to further my trust in my search for what I was looking for. The other company was completely unreceptive and would frequently become frustrated with me because of my questions. This was very displeasing. As for AmeriFreight I was in contact with Raechel and she was quite accommodating. She never once lost patience with me and she answered all questions. I commend this behavior. I also spoke with Jonathan who he too was very nice. I told AmeriFreight the car would be available on a Friday and it was picked up on Saturday, I was shocked. This was during a dangerous snow storm that at the time had been hitting the East coast hard. Another aspect I found to be stellar about this entire process was the fact that I was in contact with the driver during his entire journey...UNREAL. He was unbelievably nice. He phoned me to let me know where he was at all times and delivered the car a head of when I expected it. Two thumbs up...I love this company. In all Amerifreight won me over..
