Setting up the whole transactions was fairly seamless. Everything was done over the internet. The process was mostly self explanatory via e-mail. Remaining questionsw were answered on the phone. Earliest available date was set and then it was basicall on auto pilot. I actually delayed that eariest available date by a couple of weeks but it was not a problem since I notofied them in good time.Pick and delivery was as expected. Surprised that it went according to plan since it was over the X-Mas period.
