i dealt with a guy named Arron, he was very helpful and patient with me, i have never shipped anything this important before so i asked alot of questions and called him back several times after i placed my order and he was always helpful. My motorcycle was comming from VERMONT not a real (HOT SPOT) for shipping, but everything was still done as i was told it would be, in the time frame that they said.
