I placed order when I called to get the quote. Jonathan is very helpful. I paid deposit immediately with credit card over the phone. Since I called in week of Christmas, Jonathan told me the pick up can happen next week towards the end of the week. But it did not happen. I would think this is reasonable as not many people working the week between Christmas and New Year. I called Monday in the New Year. I can only leave a message. I do get a call in the morning Tuesday and a pick up was scheudled the same day and the delivery will happen the comeing Saturday. The pick up person actually came Wednesday. But the little delay did not affect the delivery date. The car arrived safely on time on Saturday. I am overal very happy and would use again.
