Overall the experience was good because the car was delivered in good condition despite bad weather including a blizzard. It took a little longer than I expected and I ended up spending more than I thought I would. But if you are a little flexible the process will work for you. I also think the Thanksgiving Holiday caused a delay in initial pickup. I think you have to be lucky to get the five day economy rate.
