I have finally completed my Auto Transport through AMERIFREIGHT!! YAEEEEE!! I don’t know where to begin; this is my first online Auto Purchase so purchased this vehicle in the beginning of Dec. from PA and have since been trying to get it back here to LA (trust me the story is much longer than this). Before amerifreight I inquired through several other companies and hired two other companies to complete the job. I have no idea how the first company ever got business as they severely under-quoted me and had me waiting a lil over 3 weeks almost a month! After explaining my situation to the Second Company I was at ease, rest assured and certain I would get my new car transported through them, boy was I wrong! They ended up sending the wrong transport carrier out which resulted in the carrier damaging the rear bumper of the vehicle.

After the Carrier Damaged the vehicle he then realized he could not transport the car due to its size. Before I hired the company to transport the vehicle, the owner of the company and I had a clear understanding on the type of transport carrier that was needed, this resulted in the price of the transport to be $1400 so I thought dam this is a lot of money but sounds secure and legit. This understanding the owner and I had on what was needed to properly transport the car is what sold me on hiring them. About 7 days after the accident I placed a review on this site before the transport was complete because I had gotten no correspondence from this company at all since the accident. That company saw that I placed the review and had decided to no longer assist me in my transporting needs. Now there I sat again now with a damaged vehicle and no transport.

Finally I called Aaron; he was cool, calm and attentive!! I again explained my situation to him, we discussed price and set it up and waited for transporter. Well after a week of waiting desperate to see my new car I upgraded to the PRIORITY SHIPPING RATE. Well I think this price was a lil over the priority rate because as SOON as I called Aaron back to upgrade, Red called me back that night to schedule DIXIE TRANSPORT! They picked up the car with no issues on time and dropped off in the same manor!! I think this is by far one of the best out there in terms of honesty, customer service, follow through, and overall service they stand behind! Bronson, John (transporters), Red, Aaron (amerifreight) and Bill (Seller), all yall are “A OK” in my book!! Thank you very much for your help.
