This was my first time shipping a vehicle - and my experience with AmeriFreight far exceeded my expectations. This was for shipping an 2010 Audi A4 from Texas to NYC.
From my first phone call, there was no sales pitch or pressure put on me to work with them. They gave me four rate options that varied based on how quickly the car needed to be picked up once it was ready - and even though I was prepared to go to a higher rate package, they were able to get it placed on a truck at the lowest rate on the first day it was available.
The car arrived two days earlier than promised and showed up in perfect condition. The driver who delivered and picked up the car was extremely nice and willing to work with the fact that my car had a roof rack.
All in all - a first rate experience that I'm happy to recommend to anyone else.
