The overall process went very smoothly. The staff I spoke with were courteous, helpful, and prompt. Pickup and delivery was right on time. I had to drive and meet the carrier once it arrived to deliver the car because the large truck could not navigate the roads in my community and it would have been nice if they had figured out a way to deliver the car to my house (as other carriers I have used in the past have done). I would use this company again and was overall happy with the service I received.
