Jonathan was unexpectedly out of the office, so Rachel, Chantel and Amy 'kicked in'. They immediately addressed all of my concerns via phone and email. Once a carrier was confirmed, Everything that Chantel told me immediately took place and went so smoothly!!!. I would certainly recommend Amerifreight to any other customer that would require this service. Thank you Jonathan, Rachel, Chantel and Amy!!!
