This company has been referred to me through the friend who used their service couple years ago to move from Arizona to Florida and very pleased with their service. I contacted the company and got the response back from them within a day. Their customer sevice representative, name Aaron was very helpfull to get me through the whole process of moving the car and explain the nature of his company which is just the broker of transaportation and will select for me a good carrier which should suitably registerd, and insured. He explain about 3 options of timming to move our car. He gave me the quote right then based on the option we chose. He sent all the information to me within couple minutes while we still on the phone, explain clearly what I need to return back as well as explain how the insurance work if we would like to purchase it for 100% protection on our moving car. The shipping Order Form is easy to fill in. Just one day after I returned the the application to their office, I have the Dispatch confirmation and have the contact from the carrier so my friend (origin party) can contact their office directly to arrange for the pickup. The carrier pick up our car on the last day of 1-3 day available pick up time, but did delivery one day eariler in Houston and the car is in great condition. Over all, I'm happy with the service and will recomment this company to our friend and family.
