The communication was great and service was fine, just be prepared when booking economy that you can only expect your to plan the arrival when the item is picked up, this can take time as economy is not a priority. The price may change as well because not all carriers want to pick up for the price that was originally quoted. I would use amerifrieght again as they were always good with keeping in touch and I think there just doing the best they can with the carriers that are out there. The service from the carrier was great as well he was very helpful even gave me a pin for the trailer which I had forgotten. Thanks

We are glad to hear the customer was satisfied with his shipment and the carrier we chose. The customer is correct about the Economy rate. The Economy rate is a standby rate...most vehicles at this rate get picked up within 5 business days, but it can take longer. There is also a chance that additional money may be requested once a carrier is found. The goal of the Economy rate is to get the cheapest rate, so time and cost flexibility is necessary. We offer upgraded rates for more guaranteed time frames and prices.
