I understand our car needed to be picked up in the middle of no where, but if the company could have kept me updated it would have been a better experience. It took about three weeks to respond saying that our car was ready to be shipped. I had almost thought you guys had given up. So basically a couple reminders here and there letting me know you were still looking would have been appreciated.
