We are very disappointed when a customer has an unsatisfactory experience with AmeriFreight. Our goal is excellent service within every step of the shipping process. Occasionally, carriers do cancel a pickup due to various reasons; and it is unfortunate when that happens multiple times with the same shipment. There are situations, at times, outside our control. We do however sincerely apologize for any lack of communication that added to the frustration. Our staff works to relay important information to customers in a timely manner. When shipping items within the vehicle, there is a chance the carrier will charge additional fees as in this case. Most carriers will allow customers to ship 100lbs or less at no charge.
