I contracted through AmeriFreight to move our car across country. I never had a problem dealing with them. They were courteous and tried to be as helpful as they could. I was told that it would take 7-10 days for the car to be delivered across country. This was put in my contract and I planned accordingly. Unfortunately their estimated time wasn't close. It took 19 days to deliver my car after I had to beg and plead the Carrier to deliver the car earlier than they planned.
I called AmeriFreight and expressed my concerns with the situation. They were very responsive and did what they could to help get my car delivered.
I would use them again, but be very cautious on actual delivery times and be prepared to make arrangements in case of a delayed delivery.
