This was a hard one to arrange because of the delivery area - Montana. I was patient, and they were able to get a truck lined up. What I really appreciated the most from AmeriFreight was their communication! They kept me updated on a regular basis. I feel customer communication is absolutely vital to a successful business. They were also honest with me - even with the frustrating news about how long this contract might take to fill. I would rather get a straight answer than be "strung along." I would definately do business with them again based on how their employees treated me.
