I signed up for the minimum price package, which means they pick it up once they find a driver to take the lower price, but it is not guaranteed to be picked up within 5 business days as the normal rate. I figured I would upgrade if they didn't find anyone for that price after a week. However, they found a company only hours after I signed the contract and the transportation company picked my car up the same day. It was at my doorstep in California 7 days later just as expected with no damage or problems. Completely hassle free!
