We apologize for any miscommunication that this customer experienced with our service. The customer placed the order in at the Economy rate, which our Shipping Agents will tell customers and it is noted on the Order Forms, does not have a guaranteed pickup time frame. Economy is a standby rate. It is designed for customers who do not have any time restrictions and just want the vehicle moved at the lowest rate possible. We do have upgraded rates that offer guaranteed pickup windows. Any carrier that does not provide excellent service goes through a review process to determine preferred carrier status.
