I was under the impression that my car would be picked up one day and it wasn't was a real inconvience for me, but when I called my rep for her to find out what was going on from the carrier she called several times and could not get any answeres for me that day when this is a company that they recommended. Not only that I had moved already and there was an electrical problem with the carriers truck, why the carrier did'n t have communication with AmeriFreight who then could tell me what was going on with my car is beyound me. It was un exceptable!

We apologize for any miscommunication that this customer experienced with our service. The customer placed the order in at the Economy rate, which our Shipping Agents will tell customers and it is noted on the Order Forms, does not have a guaranteed pickup time frame. Economy is a standby rate. It is designed for customers who do not have any time restrictions and just want the vehicle moved at the lowest rate possible. We do have upgraded rates that offer guaranteed pickup windows. Any carrier that does not provide excellent service goes through a review process to determine preferred carrier status. This person's order was handled by our Shipping Agent, Aaron- direct line 678-552-4079
