We do apologize for any lack of communication which caused the customer to be unaware of the terms of Priority. Our Priority Preferred rate gets vehicles picked up within 5 business days. If for any reason this does not happen, as in this customer's case, AmeriFreight contributes additional money as well to help get the vehicle moved. Occasionally, some routes can be harder to ship.
