Never believe their Guaranteed pick up service

I signed 5-day guaranteed pick-up window (Priority Preferred rate). I contacted several times during the pick-up window. The broker (Aaron) wanted me to wait for the scheduling. Only after the pick-up window passed, he increased the bid. I help him by giving $100 more. I asked a price-match when signed the contract but it doesn't mean that it has forever pick-up window. Also he should have communicated with me to make the situation better. I'd be willing to pay more if the market rate is much higher than my signed price. Other company agent helped me to find a carrier less than 10 hours. She updated me promptly and informed me of what to do to expedite the pick up date.
I believed AmeriFreight's good review. However, this company costs me several hundreds dollars more for the rental car in destination place. Don't waste your time for their long paperwork which is just against you. They don't respect your pick-up window.
I wouldn't use this company never again.

We are always disappointed when a customer is left unsatisfied with their experience with AmeriFreight. With our Priority rate if a carrier is not found within the 5 day pickup window, AmeriFreight adds money from our side to help get a vehicle moved. Anytime a customer has a poor experience, our office uses the feedback for internal review. We do not want to have another customer have the same experience.
