Unacceptable response time

I repeatedly tried to get updated pick-up status and was very frustrated with getting a response from my primary contact. I was in the middle of a 2700 move and getting a response added stress to the situation. I sent emails and left numerous voicemails. I also had difficulty getting confirmation of final amount due.
