Amy handled issues promptly, but neglected to communicate promptly when issue first arose. If we had been told of the corrected deposit charge initially, I would not have filed the original review and could have saved myself time of having to revise it.

Additionally, we were not told until the very last, several weeks into the process, that we could have saved ourselves a couple of weeks by having the vehicle picked up/dropped off at the interstate rather than door-to-door. This would probably have saved both us and AmeriFreight the added incentive money.

We do apologize for the confusion on the deposit. Every customer gets documentation of the final deposit upon dispatch. This customer is correct in that the delivery point was a hard destination. In a situation like that, we will first always try the point of destination requested of the customer, and then look into other shipping routes that may help expedite the order. This person's order was handled by our Shipping Agent, Jonathan- direct line 678-369-4162
