I had to transport my car from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh). The estimate was probably one of the most competitive, so I decided to go with Amerifrright. The contract process was fairly straightforward and my contact person was responsive.
The driver of the transport company that they used (James, I believe, from S&B Transport) out of Pikeville, KY, was a very nice guy and was flexibile in terms of accomodating when I wanted the car picked up and dropped off.
The only issue I had is that the week of my move, my primary contact person went on vacation and I didn't know he was going to do this. Fortunately, I was able to reach Amy (I believe) who was the general customer service contact person. She helped me get everything in order, which was a great help.
