AmeriFreight's goal is to offer excellent service from our staff as well as from our Preferred Carriers. If any carrier fails to offer excellent service, they go through review and are reconsidered for Preferred Carrier status. Carriers are given set expectation; we are sorry for the dealings this customer had with the carrier. For any order, if there is ever damage, all of our carriers are fully insured and our staff will work with you to submit a claim and recieve compensation.
