We do apologize for the delay. Typically, an order placed well ahead of time does help accomodate desired dates. This customer placed the order at the Priority Rate. This rate does not guarantee a delivery date, it is always estimated. Only our First Class service offers guarantee delivery dates. Our team will work within the conditions given to us by the customer. We are sorry the delivery date was later than desired; however, again, we can only guarantee that with the First Class option.
