Jonathan was extremely helpful in setting up my pick-up date, especially when I had to change the date the day before it was supposed to be picked up! He was very knowledgeable on how the whole process works, considering I had never shipped a car across the country. My car arrived on time and I was able to be in contact with the driver the whole time. He even drove my car to my office, which is on very small side streets. He was incredibly generous and I was very pleased with everyone who helped me.
