This customer had a somewhat remote pickup location and put the order in under the Economy Standby Rate. She is correct in that it was good she started early. The customer was very cooperative as we looked into various options to get this moved for her. With the Economy rate, there is always the option to add money, or look at different pickup/delivery locations to help expedite the order. We are glad to hear the customer was pleased with the carrier we contracted to move her vehicle. We do not charge the customer's credit card until a carrier is secured.
