My experience with Amerifreight was excellent. The customer service representative was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. He did a good job of explaining how drivers choose which vehicles to include in their loads, and why the different rate plans exist. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and short the shipping experience was.
