I was preparing to move from Alabama to Washington, because I was getting married. I started looking for carriers about four months in advance. I received several quotes from several companies in that time, but I like the rating that the BBB gave the company. I worked with Suzette, and she was great. She worked to get me the best quote possible and she always answered all of my questions. She was very prompt in service or sending me documents through email. The experience was so easy. I submitted my deposit via online with my debit card. Then I worked with a dispatch agent who made sure the truck was moving or picking up as scheduled. I received a call that Friday before the week my car was going to leave. They picked up as promise in a five day window. The carrier picked the vehicle up from a friend on Friday. The company called ahead of time to let me know the expected arrival date of my car. I kept in contact for the status of the car, and it was delivered a day early. The car was a little dirty, but he said it was due to rain. Overall, my experience was great. I would definitely use them again.
