Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, and helped to guide me through the whole process. We kept in contact with each other, and when I left a message, he would always call back.
My move was at an open trailer price, yet an enclosed truck showed up. Thus I was very pleasantly surprised (which added to the overall experience). The driver was courteous and prompt on both the pick up and drop off ends, and there was no damage to the car. I would certainly use them again.
