Auto transport was for Christmas Holiday time frame. Auto incured a number of delays in being picked up. A small concession was made in the price but subsequently another charge was added in order to expedite the delivery and attempt to overcome the delay. When originally negotiating for the transport of the auto, before any contract was approved, we were not told that there are "always delays" at this time of the year. We only learned of this when we complained about the delay in picking up the car. In addition, our primary contact was out on vacation and no one was responding to our emails or phone messages. It took sometime to establish contact with someone else in the office who would help us. Eventually our case was given to the office supervisor. She was a pleasant lady but simply could not help with the core issues.

Would not use this companyn again.
