AmeriFreight Sales & Dispatch Associates did an excellent job of servicing my move. They were very attentive, particularly on emails. 2 rough spots - one was the offers I received to ship at a higher price than quoted. I guess this is part of the business of moving cars. I didn't expect that so was a bit surprised. Second, we did have some trouble with the drop off. They couldn't deliver to the door (citing small streets) and since the truck driver couldn't communicate in English very well, it was very difficult to arrange a good place/time for the drop-off. However, when I contacted Amerifreight Sales & Dispatch... the drop-off was arranged and carried out well very quickly. Seems to me that Amerifreight outsources the delivery so I'd have to give Amerifreight an "A" for mgmt of the process and the carrier a "B". Thanks Amerifreight !
