i signed up for a two day pickup window.
the car was not picked up during the time frame.i sent an e-mail and they
responded quickly. also, they had the car picked up within two more days. and
shipped it to colorado without any problem. when i pointed out they had missed the
original two-day window, they issued a refund.
would use again. they are honest.
