This was my first experience at moving a vehicle. To make it more interesting I moved it from Franklin Louisiana, 2 hours outside of New Orleans to Alexandria Bay at the border North of Syracuse New York. When I sought out quotes the fastest response was from Amierfreight. They were also the cheapest. They also offered a discount to police and military , which they were quick to add . My first contact was with Johnathan and he was great There was a problem at my end with receiving emails and contracts but each time I called he responded within a couple of hours. After the contract was done the waiting game began trying to find a company that would pick up the car. Amy Woods contacted me within a few days. She was fantastic at keeping me updated about the process and trying to find ways to make the delivery go faster, she even added 50 dollars from there fee to encourage a company to move the vehicle. Amy suggested I add a $ 130 dollars to the original contract amount to make the deal happen and within 2 days it did. Still after it was all said and done the total cost was $770.00 about $200.00 cheaper than the other firms that replied to my request. The car made it up to Syracuse New York within 4 days and then waited with the truck company another 4 days as they waited till they had a full load going north, which I don't blame them with the cost of fuel these days. The car made it here without a scratch. So in closing if your moving a car, call Amy or Johnathan to help I know the next car I move they will be the first to get a call from me.
