Overall excellent, would have gotten 5 stars if driver contacted me as I asked him to, so as to make sure I was home. Instead he just showed up and I was away, however we rescheduled for the next morning and he was only 20 min. late. Vehicle had 4 flats inoperable and no brakes, driver never complained. Gave him a $25 tip. Fair price
