I had the economy option which took a while to find a carrier and was to be expected, but I ended up having to pay more than what I was originally quoted after having already waited a week. The original quote was inaccurate and misleading. In hindsight, I would have only had to pay a little more to a competing carrier (not broker) and received a guaranteed pick up date and dealt directly with a carrier.
My experience with their chosen carrier (S & S Transportation LLC) was sub-par. The driver arrived over 5 hours after the planned pick up window (which itself was very flexible) and had a poor sense of direction. The car was delivered on time, but slightly damaged. The driver managed to talk my elderly parents into signing a clean bill of landing which is going to make it almost impossible to resolve.
