Every this with the agency was great, the actual delivery service was awful, but the price was cheap, so I get what I pay for.

Primary issues:
1) Unable to reach driver when delivery was late
2) Delivery truck broke down
3) Delivery date was delayed 3 days from scheduled time\

Even though we try our best to secure reliable carriers for our customers it still does happen that some carriers do not provide the service we would expect of them.
