This was a good experience all the way through the shipping process. Chantell was prompt to fulfill my quote request and when I decided this is the Broker I would use the order was promptly completed and a carrier found virtually instanteously. Within three hours the shipment was quoted,ordered,carrier confirmed to pickup. I don't see how it could have been any faster. The vehicle was picked up the morning of first day available for pickup. I was promptly given notification of that information and when it would be delivered which ended up being the very next day. I was given prompt updates when delivery time was changed just a few hours do to other deliveries that they decided they would do first. It made no difference to me but it was nice to be advised of that.My carrier was Wilson Auto Carrier whom I would highly recommend. Eddie Wilson and the driver Steve were both very good to work with. For the price , $545.00, there is no way I could have either flown or taken a bus and driven the car back myself and saved any money. This is the only way to move a vehicle. I can't speak to any damage or claim process because my vehicle arrived in good shape with no damage. Job well done to everyone involved in this shipping process.
