Overall the experience was excellent, though the car was not picked up on the first available date (maybe it was because after the Thanks Giving holidays) it did arrive on the day they said it would. I was informed on a regular basis before pickup as to when the truck would be coming. Similarly during the drop the dispatch person was prompt in letting me know the delivery time.
