The overall experience was good. The car was delivered in original condition. The only issue is the pick up time. I chose the priority preferred rate to hope for a pickup within 5 days. But the car was finally picked up 8 business days after the vehicle was available. Amy, the managing directory, began to communicate with me after 5 day passed and they raised the bid to carrier without increase my shipping price. In my case, I would expect that they should act more quickly before the 5 day period expired.
