I made my reservation a month prior to the scheduled shipping date, and when the shipping date came I was informed that my car was not getting picked up. I explained from the beginning, that I was moving accross the country and was not coming back. I had to leave my car with a friend right before my flight. I have called American Auto Club Shipping everyday for a month, and they were still not able to ship my car. I have been stranded accross the country for a month, and then they call me and tell me that they were not able to ship it, and that they were giving me a refund. I chose another company Called "All Aboard Auto Transport", and they got my car shipped in 2 days!!! The same day American Auto Club Shipping informed me I would be refunded, they called me and the disbatcher Maria yelled at me for choosing another company and tried to convince me, that because they listed me as well, my car still wouldn't be picked up, and then she hung up on me. THIS WAS A LIE!!! My car was still picked up. This is the WORST company I have ever come in contact with, bar none, and they feed you lies and stories, and they DO NOT DELIVER. Beware of this company and don not use them or recommend them in any way, shape, or form!
