DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! AMERICAN AUTO MOVERS
November 21, I contacted to have car picked up and delivered with a window of pick up from 11/27- 12/1 delivery 12/4- 12/6. I was assured by Paul that there was sufficient time and car would be transported within the window agreed upon. When I did not hear anything by 11/27, I called again was assured we were on schedule, 11/29 same assurances. THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD FROM THEM UNTIL 12/1 MIDDAY AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES LEFT. I was informed that driver would be contacting me shortly. I did not get call from driver until next day 12/2 (outside of agreed upon window) and he never called back. Following day 12/3 I was contacted by Transport Company informing me of mechanical problems and car would be picked up following day. I attempted to cancel my contract via phone and e-mail but was informed that I would have a credit. A charge of $150 was posted to my Credit Card.
Not wanting to lose that money after incurring over $700 for rental car, excess baggage charges etc. due to car not being transported as originally contracted I called to have car picked up and transported 12/11.
The following is their response to my original review which only proves their DISHONESTY

Not really sure where the mis-communication is here your car was picked up and delivered within a humanly reasonable time. I am shocked because this is the first time we hear from you. Regardless we do apologize for your troubles.

I find their response ludicrous , dishonest and misleading, they were well aware of my dissatisfaction.
