I had excellent service from start to finish on my transport. From the first phone call the person was polite and knowledgeable. The gentleman who transported my car kept in contact with me by phone and even brought the car to my work. I would most certainly use this service again if I am in need. I have nothing bad to say about American. The best indication that this would be the company for me was in reading the ratings and review comments, what made up my mind to choose American was the way they answered disgruntled and unhappy customers, not with sarcastic response, but with the professionalism that they showed me. I give them 5 stars!!
