Just be honest....

I think that all a customer would like is for a company to be honest with them, if you can't pick up the car or deliver it when requested, then just tell us right away and give us the opportunity to make the decision whether we want wait or not. It appears you tell your customers what you want them to hear just to get their money and then leave us out to dry, with no recourse.
I must say I am very disappointed with the customer service you so highly advertise. With all the competition out there and other moving companies to choose from, this was one of the things that made you stand out. However, I realize from reading other testimonials, that I too, will get no satisfaction for the ridicuous circumstances we encountered with your company, but if one person reads this and I can save them from going through the run around I got, then that is at least one thing positive that came out of this experience. I am a business owner and know the effects of negative and postive feed back. If you do a great job and your customer is satisfied, even if things didnt' quite go the way expected, but you try to make things right, people will remember that and tell someone.....if you do a poor job, have no customer service and leave your customers unhappy, they will tell 10 people or more.....I know which one I would want to leave my customers with..I want my customers to come back....if I did something wrong or you are unhappy with our work, then we will do what we have to do to make it right.....Your company won't even return a phone call!
