For 3 weeks I've had an order in to have a truck moved to our new duty station, and it all started out great, I was able to talk to someone when i called, then when it came time to pick up my vehicle, no call, no email, no one would answer the phone and when they finally did answer i was transferred to another department who in turn would transfer me again to yet a voicemail. on the day it was supposed to be picked up i called, got no answer, only voicemail, left messages numerous times, but couldn't get anyone to call me back. next day same thing, so i got nervous as you will do when you have to leave to drive 28 hours away to do a pcs move with the military and you have to leave one of your vehicles behind. i called another company and THEY told me that the vehicle hadn't even been assigned to a carrier. THEY faxed over a note to call me asap and they never did. so finally i got a hold of someone there and they told me oh no, it has been assigned to james trucking, ok, great. next day comes, no call from the driver so i call back, now it's assigned to m and d trucking and they're picking it up on thursday, um, ok. thursday guess what no call from driver so i call to cancel and no one answers so i leave a voicemail again and i demand a full refund because they never even had it scheduled to go on a carrier, it was waiting for someone to say "oh hey, i'll take that vehicle". but yet they want to charge me 75.00 for what? they did absolutely nothing. they took the deposit before they even got my paperwork, which is where they get you. so if i do not receive full refund i will be pursuing legal action as they have delayed the pcs move of my pov. all i asked for was a heads up, a phone call to say hey we don't have anyone for it yet, but all i got was lies and no one on the other end of the line. oh and they didn't even call me back to confirm the cancellation, they sent me an email. NICE huh? I do not recommend these people to anyone, not even your worst enemy. what a ripoff, to advertise on a military website and turn around and do this.
