i had my car shipped from new jersey to texas last oct 2007. the pickup date was the exact date they told me they would pick the car up and the guy called me 2 days before to remind me that he was going to pick up my car. it arrived in texas the day it was scheduled to arrive. i was out of the country during that time but my friend said that everything went smooth during the delivery. all my belongings inside the car was intact. i was out of the country for 5 months and when i came back i was glad to see my car in one piece. the best part, for me though was when i had to contact them again after 6 months i think because i needed a receipt and some other miscellaneous papers. they still acknowledged me as if i was still a customer and did not ignore my requests. special thanks to georges who has been very very helpful..if i had to ship my car again, i would use american auto relocators. i already referred them to my other friends...theyre superb! =)
