Relocation Never Happened

October 10th my son began correspondence with this company. He provided all the appropriate information. The vehical to be relocated was never picked up - We were told it would be scheduled next week then it would be the week after that and so on. I would call every day and I would be told I would get a phone call back or that the car was going to be picked up the next week- never happened. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Then we were told that the order was cancelled. We asked for proof - it was never provided again more calls and CUSTOMER SERVICE continued to shrug me off. VERY FRUSTRATING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. It would have been much better if they had just told us to go else where for our transporting needs instead of leading us on with information that was not true. CUSTOMER SERVICE very unorganized! Cost us 800.00 the car was never picked up and now the car has been towed and is not available but we are out 800.00

This order was cancelled by the pick up party. Unfortunately there seemed to have been some problems in the sale of the vehicle, Miss Johnson explained she was having trouble with the pick up party and I explained that he had cancelled the service. I emailed and faxed her numerous times the cancellation notice he sent me, she kept saying she never got it, I began to feel something fishy was going on! I believe that she was frustrated, but it should be directed at the pick up party who did not allow us to pick up the vehicle, we did our job!!
