Here is the truth about this review!! This customer booked over 6 months ago and then cancelled their order, when they cancelled we told them there would be a $75 cancellation fee, which they then went to their credit card company and disputed. Well, 6 months later and after their credit card company twice sided with us, now the customer leaves a bad review?? It is retaliation pure and simple, it is not about the shipment in this case (which we WOULD have done had the customer not cancelled!) but rather the customer is angry and lashing out over a $75 fee. I believe this is a bogus review.
